No it's not the fact that I did horribly bad this past week... which i just did okay... but we finally have internet! Which means I can come home and get on my computer and make posts... even though I'm not sure who all reads this....
So here we go... The past week has gone pretty well, I did lose 1 pound! Whoo-hoo! I am starting to feel so much better about my body already and I have been enjoying eating better!
Today:
Breakfast - Special K Cinnamon Pecan & Glass of Milk
Snack - Half of a granola bar
Lunch - PB & J, other half of the granola bar, strawberries with yogurt, three mini york peppermint patties
Snack - Some carrots on the way to the gym
Exercise - Weights approx. 25 min; Cardio 30 min (bike)
Dinner - Turkey Sandwich, harvest cheddar sunchips, and I think I am going to have some more yogurt...
and probably another peppermint patty... i am becoming addicted
